Caseyville Police Arrest Blotter for the week of December 30, 2012 to January 5, 2013

Driving under the Influence:

·  On Dec. 30, a 45 year old resident of Fairview Heights was arrested on the charge of DUI and Driving While License Suspended in the 100 block of North Main Street.

·  On Dec. 30, a 24 year old resident of Belleville was arrested on the charge of DUI and Driving While License Revoked at the intersection of State Route 157 and California Drive.

·  On Jan. 1, a 28 year old resident of Vandalia was arrested on the charge of DUI in the 400 block of South Main Street.

·  On Jan. 5, a 40 year old resident of Belleville was arrested on the charge of DUI and Resisting Arrest at the intersection of St. Clair Avenue and North 79th Street.

Battery

·  On Jan. 1, a 40 year old resident of Pacific was arrested on the charge of Domestic Battery and two active St. Clair County warrants in the 1000 block of East O’Fallon Drive.

·  On Jan. 5, a 50 year old resident of Caseyville was arrested on the charge of Domestic Battery in the 8800 block of Botanical Avenue.

Drug Offense

·  On Jan. 5, a 28 year old resident of Washington Park was arrested on the charge of Possession of Cannabis and Driving While License Revoked in 2400 block Old Country Inn Drive.

Driving While License Suspended

·  On Dec. 30, a 22 year old resident of St. Louis was arrested on the charge of Driving While License Suspended on Interstate 64 at the Interstate 255 overpass.

·  On Jan. 3, a 21 year old resident of Belleville was arrested on the charge of Driving While License Suspended at the intersection of State Route 157 and Rauckman Drive.

·  On Jan. 5, a 39 year old resident of East St. Louis was arrested on the charge of Driving While License Suspended at the intersection of St. Clair Avenue and State Route 157.

·  On Jan. 5, a 30 year old resident of East St. Louis was arrested on the charge of Driving While License Suspended at the intersection of St. Clair Avenue and North 79th Street.
