  • Provide full-lifecycle strategy, implementation and administration for the Departments of Navy and Defense deployment of PowerSteering Software. Responsibilities include software training, configuration, governance, permissions management, reports design, work and metric template construction, features evaluation, communications management, license and contract management, vendor relations, User Acceptance Testing and performance analytics. Execute ad-hoc projects such as project management for multi-server migration to a shared Pentagon Hosting Center, enabling CAC/SSO, creating a video training library, and strategic planning for enabling Navy Carriers to use PowerSteering while in-concert.

Project Manager and Consultant for company that a market leader in cloud PPM software. Manage software implementations, upgrades, product enhancements, major reconfigurations, training and adoption initiatives for the company's largest and most complicated clients such as U.S. Army, Air Force, DOD, Best Buy, DFAS, Raytheon, Riverbed, and Heinz, a total of 37 accounts and implementations. Manage the full project and software lifecycle, including strategic design, configuration, deployment, training, and post-deployment account management. Provide client management for accounts totaling several million dollars in revenue.

I am one of only a handful of people worldwide with expertise in all aspects and capabilities of the PowerSteering software product, including the many “secret” configuration pages and modules known only to select PowerSteering employees.

  • For GE Corporate, edglab from 6/05 - 7/06, served as the Program and Project Manager for this applied business research lab.   • For GE Transportation from 3/04 – 6/05, served as a Logistics Manager and Technology Analyst. Responsible for co-managing the transportation for GE Aircraft Engines, Lynn, MA. Focus upon using technology to improve the traffic end of the logistics supply chain. Projects included: Six Sigma project to reduce cycle time; analyzed feasibility of RFID chips to track inventory; creation of an online repository of shipping documents for customer self-service; and implementation of electronic signatures for the DOD.   • For GE Corporate from 5/03-6/03, conceptualized and developed GE edgelab’s Intranet and Internet sites.
  • For GE Corporate from 1/03-5/03, served as a project manager for a GE Corporate team that partnered with Motorola Corp. to strategize, design and develop a wireless telecom device that enables “seamless” voice/data transfer between WLAN, WPAN, or carrier networks.
