Sealed and superscribed percentage rate tenders are invited only from the reputed firms / contractors registered under appropriate class with Government / Semi Government Department and who have executed works of like / similar nature and value during last three years.
1. Tender Specification: No. SEC/EMCC/BND/Tech/Tender No. 44 /2007-08.
a) NAME OF WORK: Replacing the damaged flooring tiles of type IV quarters at Anik Colony, Chembur, Mumbai. (b) Estimated Cost: Rs. 10,30,060=00 (c) E.M.D. Rs. 13,800=00 (d) Time Limit : 6 months (e) Tender Cost : Rs.2,000=00 per copy.
2. Tender Specification: No. SEC/EMCC/BND/Tech/Tender No. 45 /2007-08.
a) NAME OF WORK: Annual maintenance by repairing and upkeeping of wooden furniture’s, false ceiling, venation blinds, painting, polishing, shampooing sofas etc. at Prakashganga Building, Bandra – Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai. (b) Estimated Cost: Rs. 30,88,180=00 (c) E.M.D. Rs. 34,400=00 (d) Time Limit : 12 months (e) Tender Cost : Rs.5,000=00 per copy.
Interested firms/ agencies are requested to obtain tender documents by submitting an application alongwith attested true copies of valid registration OR work completion certificate of similar works carried out during last three years, of value not less than estimated cost specified above alongwith Provident Fund Number, E.S.I.C. Registration and Income Tax Clearance Certificate Solvency Certificate of minimum 20% value of tender value issued by Scheduled Bank, VAT No. & PAN No. in the office of the Superintending Engineer(C), Estate Management & Civil Construction Cum Maintenance Circle, M.S.E.D.C.Ltd., Prakashgad, Ground floor, Bandra (E), Mumbai-51. The right to relax any of the pre-qualification conditions for issue of tender form is kept reserved with the undersigned. Tender documents will be issued to the Competent tenderers only on cash payment of non refundable tender cost stated above during 14.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. from 26.10.2007 to 03.11.2007. Please note that form of Demand Draft of any nationalised or Scheduled Bank. D.D. is required to be submitted to cash counter and collect the receipt and enclosed Zerox copy of same alongwith tender, while submitting the Tender Documents. Tender sent by post/courier will not be entertained.
The completed tender documents will be received in above said office alongwith the E.M.D. in cash or in the form of Demand Draft of any nationalised Bank situated in Mumbai, payable in favour of M.S.E.D.C.L. on 05.11.2007 upto 14.30 Hrs. Tenders will be opened if possible on same day at 15.00 hrs. in the presence of such tenderers who desire to remain present.
The right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever is reserved.
