Climber shirts are of a different design and are to remain logo free.

4Up to a full sheet of paper (8 ½”x11”) printed with any message you would like to the participants (climbers and alternates) to receive. The stair climb will not design nor provide for printing the recognition sheet.

The correct completion and submission of this form constitutes a written agreement between the contributor aka “Partner” or “Sponsor” and the Wichita 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. Contributions cannot be recognized until this application is signed by a duly appointed individual and then returned with any necessary accompaniments.

Unless otherwise stated, payment must be received no later than8/1/16 in order for logo space/promotional area to be available.
