Information for President’s & VP’s
NOTE: It is not required to use these suppliers, however we have used them for years, their prices seem to stay in line, they treat us well and deliver on time. Also, Batavia Reps have been very helpful with picking up Guidebooks in Leroy & Trophies from supplier. If suppliers are changed, then this document should be updated and re-uploaded to the website for future use.

2.)To Book East High School Cafeteria for Scheduling Meeting:
DO THIS IN JULY
Go to Follow the instructions. President obtains the Certificate of insurance from their home org’s registrar. Have “ROCHESTER CITY SHCOOL DISTRICT-131 W. BROAD STREET, ROCHESTER, NY” listed as an additional insured. You will not be able to get the certificate until August but City School District needs it before October scheduling.
3.)Order Trophies for end of season
DO THIS IN January (right after CHRISTMAS/no later than immediately after January Meeting)
a.)Go to Peranni’s(on Jefferson Road) and pick up one box (100) of black pucks. Peranni’s has the best pricing (easy to check online) and do not have to pay shipping. They generally keep a box or two in stock.
b.)Order Trophies from Joe’s Awards & Trophies

Ask him for a quote via email and make prices/trophy style are in line with previous year.
Order the following (adjust as divisions evolve):
1.)Division End of Season Champions (Squirt A, Squirt B, Peewee A, Peewee B, Bantam, Midget)
6 Division Champion Trophies
120 Engraved Disc (these are attached to the pucks ordered in a.) above)
Ask Batavia Rep can pick up and deliver to February Empire Meeting so Commissioners can take with them to give to Division Champs during playoffs.
2.)Playoff Champions & Runners-Up:
For 2016-17, we needed Squirt A, Squirt B Upper, Squirt B Lower, Peewee A, Peewee B, Bantam Upper, Bantam Lower, Midget Upper & Midget Lower – adjust as needed)

NOTE: Marty usually delivers to Championship location but if we change to Commissioners run Championship, then we will have to discuss whether to get for Feb meeting by ordering earlier or officers delivering to Commissioners at each rink)
