1.ENHANCEMENT – add new category to Document History

Location: Classic View > Monitoring > Document History

Description: a category called “Dietitian Notes” has been added to allow dietitians to upload notes and assessments.

2.ENHANCEMENT – new virology section added to Transplant Flowsheets

Location: Classic View >Transplant Reports > Facesheet/Flowsheet > Flowsheet

Description: as requested a recipient and donor virology section will appear on all flowsheets. Information applicable to the transplant program selected.

3.ENHANCEMENT – test added to the Transplant Flowsheet report

Location: Classic View >Transplant Reports > Facesheet/Flowsheet > Flowsheet

Description: as requested “EBV PCR” has been added to the single lung, double lung and heart lung flowsheet.

4.ENHANCEMENT – added vaccinations to immunization list

Location: Classic View >Monitoring Patient Infection Status/Immunization history > Other Immunizations tab

Description: two new vaccinations were added to the Immunization list.

5.ENHANCEMENT – Patient Monthly Results Flow Sheet

Location: Classic View >Report > Patient Monthly Results

Description: the below changes were made to the form.

Report header has been changed from “Monthly Results Flow Sheet” to “Monthly Results Summary Sheet”

Date of latest test row and label and have been removed.
Date format has been changed from “MON YY” to “MONYYYY”

Add the result Magnesium Serum (Mg) after PO4

Footer has been changed.

b)To:Note: This monthly summary report shows the latest available result from each month. Full results available via Reports > Lab Results > Lab results Flow Sheet.

6.ENHANCEMENT – Deactivating Pharmacies in the “Pharmacies” & “Nutrition Supplement Order” form.

Location: Classic View >Maintenance > Pharmacies and Treatment > Dialysis Status/CKD > Nutrition Supplement Order

Description: The “Pharmacies” form did not have a start and end date. These have now been added to the form.

The “Nutrition Supplement Order” form did not have the option to exclude non-active pharmacies from the pharmacy’s LOV. This option has now been added.

7.ENHANCEMENT - Improve performance of the eGFR calculation procedures

Location: Classic View > Reports > Centre Reports >eGFR Priority Report

Description: Enhancement to definition of views and procedures related to the eGFR calculation. This is mostly to improve performance of the eGFR priority report.

8.ENHANCEMENT – Can’t enter antibiotics in Unit(s)/L in PD View

Location: PD View > Reports > Antibiotic Usage

Description: The “Unit(s)/L” option does not exist in the dropdown box for “Unit of Measure” in the “Add Antibiotic Treatment” form in PD. This has now been added.

9.FIXED – Patient images not appearing in PROMIS

Location: Classic View > multiple areas

Description: some clients have experienced issues with images not appearing when the size of the image was too large. This has been fixed to accommodate large image attachments over 1000 x 800.

10.Fixed - Rx Start date in Iron Prescription Group Report for 'Dialysis Patient - By Physician' category

Location: Reports > EPO/Iron Reports > Iron Prescriptions > Group Report

Description: Rx Start date did not show in Iron Prescription Group Report for 'Dialysis Patient - By Physician' category. This is now fixed.

11.FIXED– missing column grid lines in Clinic Medication Orders report

Location: Classic View > Monitoring > MedicationsReconciliation reportClinic Medication Orders

Description: gridlines are missing under the column “Change” in the Clinic Medication report. This has now been fixed.

12.FIXED – The “Save” feature does not work after deletion of photos

Location: Classic View > Patients > Photo

Description: The “Save” feature wouldn’t work after deleting a photo and the photo would reappear. This is now fixed.

13.Fixed - The nutrition supplement "Nephea Kid" can be saved with mismatched pharmacy

Location: Classic View > Treatment > Dialysis > Nutrition Supplements

Description: The nutrition supplement "Nephea Kid" could be saved even if you select a pharmacy that it is not available in. This is now fixed.

14. FIXED –The message “Please acknowledge” shows up when clicking on “Save” twice.

Location: Classic View > Treatment > Dialysis > Nutrition Supplements

Description: When clicking the “Save” button twice, a message saying “Please acknowledge” pops up. This has been fixed.

15. FIXED – Patient’s blood group not showing on report

Location: Classic View > Reports > Living Donor Reports > LD Referral Worksheet

Description:The LD Referral Worksheet would not show patient ID: 18444’s ABO results. This is now fixed.

16. FIXED – VYSTA Matching Management has Duplicate Records

Location: Classic View > MaintenanceVYSTA Matching Management

Description: There were duplicate records and the records were not necessarily next to each other. This has been fixed.

17. FIXED – Mapping of new Antibiotics to Antibiotic Usage Report in PD Module

Location: PD View > Reports > Antibiotic Usage

Description: New antibiotics not showing up on Antibiotic Usage Report. These have now been mapped and they now show up on the report.

18. FIXED – Unable to enter donor labs in BCT Legacy correctly

Location: Classic View > Legacy BCT > Donor Referral then query for donor.

Description: Entering donor follow up labs with yield a string of hashtags (###). This has been fixed.

19. FIXED –Patient missing from Initial Registration Dialysis Submission

Location: Classic View > TreatmentDialysis Status.

Description: IRD records for two patients were missing from IRD submission. This was due to some criteria in the code that would ignore patients that recovered less than 90 days in one quarter and restarted dialysis in the same quarter. This has been fixed.

20. FIXED –Improperly fired error message.

Location: Classic View > Reports > Central Reports > CORR – QA Reports.

Description:Error message should have been displayed when running this report instead of the warning. The correct error message is: “The error message 10829 (F16) is never fired”. This is now fixed.
