Position Summary:

The SAS Programmer Analyst / List Developer utilizes analytical skills to develop SAS programs that support bank wide initiatives including monthly check campaigns and spend programs.

Essential Functions:

·  Ability to translate business requirements into technical design specifications, SAS Programs, and SQL Queries as appropriate.

·  General understanding of List Processing to create Direct Mail, Email, and Telemarketing Campaigns.

·  Utilize technical skills with database concepts to develop audits, test and control segmentation, vendor files, customer account updates, and offer tracking.

·  Update customer accounts in TSYS via VBA Scripts and Batch File data processing.

Other Responsibilities:

·  Development and Implementation of Process Improvements.

·  Capable of working with cross-functional teams to manage projects, determine prioritization, and create appropriate timelines.

·  Demonstrate the ability to self manage and multitask in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

Education, Experience, And Skills Required:

·  1 to 2 years of SAS and SQL required in professional setting.

·  B.S. or B.A. preferably in computer science, math, or analytical discipline required.

·  Knowledge of UNIX and Oracle.

·  Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills.

·  Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.

·  Experience with List Processing preferred.

·  Ability tomulti-task and work under pressure

·  Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
