VENDOR CONTRACT
1.The undersigned hereby agrees to abide by this agreement for the GREATER OGDENSBURG CHAMBER OF COMMERCE SPORTSMAN’S SHOWto be held on SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 2015 FROM 9AM TO 4PM at the Lockwood Civic Center, Ogdensburg, NY.
2.Only dealers and workers listed on this contract will be allowed on the premises to load in. Load in times are: Friday, April 24th from 6 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday, April 25th from 7 am to 8:30 am. Please remember that all booths must remain open until 4 pm the day of the show.
3.The undersigned agrees to release the Ogdensburg Volunteer Rescue Squad and the Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce, its employees and volunteers, free from any and all liability for any damage, theft, breakage, loss or injury to person or property of the exhibitor/vendor, his representatives and employees before, during and after the show.
4.Booth Rental is $40 which includes two 8’ tables for each 10’ x16’ space. Tables are limited so if you need more than two tables you will need to bring your own.
5.Exhibitors/Vendors are responsible to bring table coverings, extension cords and lamps. Booth must be kept neat with no boxes, newspapers, etc. showing. Exhibitors/vendors will be allowed to drive into the loading dock and use hand carts to unload.
6.New York State requires that your NYS Sales Tax Number be on display at all times. If you do not have a NYS Sales Tax Number you can apply on-line at the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance with form DTF-17: Registration for a Sales Tax Certificate of Authority. You can e-file at their on-line permit assistance and licensing (O.P.A.L) page. We will accept proof that you have filed.
