A Disciple is an Ambassador

2 Corinthians 5:20 LB We are Christ's ambassadors. God is using us to speak to you: we beg you, as though Christ himself were here pleading with you, receive the love he offers you--be reconciled to God.

1. As Christ’s ambassador you are a ______of Heaven.

Philippians 3:20 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ …

Philippians 1:23-24 NLV 23 There is a strong pull from both sides. I have a desire to leave this world to be with Christ, which is much better. 24 But it is more important for you that I stay.

Hebrews 11:9-10 NLT 9 And even when he reached the land God promised him, he lived there by faith--for he was like a foreigner, living in a tent. And so did Isaac and Jacob, to whom God gave the same promise. 10 Abraham did this because he was confidently looking forward to a city with eternal foundations, a city designed and built by God.

Be______ about remembering that this world is not your home.

We were made to live for something ______ than the stuff this world has to offer.

2. As Christ’s ambassador, you are His ______.

4. As Christ’s ambassador,one day you will be called back home to give an ______.
