This is an update for SAME's 2013 Small Business Conference, to be held November 19-21 at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, MO. We are delighted that you are exhibiting at our show. Please read the checklist below to help you plan for a successful show.

1. Are we on the same page?

Do our records match? Do you show the same booth and size that we do? Do you believe that you received the correct pricing? Is the person listed above indeed the point of contact for your company? If you answered "no" to any of these questions, please send us an e-mail at .

2. Have you paid for your booth?

Deposits are due upon registration and no later than August 21, 2013. Payment in full is due by September 18, 2013. Your company will not show up in the on-line search until you are paid in full. SAME reserves the right to release booth space if payment deadlines are not kept. We are predicting a sold-out show. You can pay for your booth in the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC). You can also print an invoice/receipt there before and after you pay. If paying by check, please include a copy of your invoice in the mail. The "remit to" address is on the invoice.

3. Is your company profile up to date?

You can update your profile in the ESC. If you would like your company description and/or logo to be printed in the on-site program, you can purchase this option by clicking on "Increase Your Visibility" in the ESC menu.

4. There is more to come...

Individual registration and hotel blocks will open in the fall. We will send you another e-mail to let you know when they are open. Don't forget that even though you receive two complimentary registrations per 10x10 space, those individuals still need to register. Booth POCs are NOT automatically registered for the conference. The exhibitor manual (where you order electric, AV, add'l furniture, etc...) will be published in October. The official service contractor for SAME is The Expo Group.

5. Know your stuff!

We recommend taking a minute to surf the show website, You will find FAQs, an on-line checklist, sponsorship information, a draft agenda, specific contact information and more. This will save you a lot of heartache as the show date approaches.
