Conditions and Notes

1. All events are open to all financial members of the Cambridge Tennis Club.

2. Tennis attire must be worn.

3. Telephone or late entries will not be accepted

4. All players must report personally to the tournament office on arrival

5. Events will be seeded according to WRTA/VTA rankings.

6. Cambridge Tennis Club Inc. accepts no liability for injury or loss of property during

the tournament.

7. Cambridge Tennis Club has the right to refuse entries.

8. Competitors and tournament Officials only will be allowed on courts

9. Tournament schedule will be available to view on Thursday 16th of November in the club rooms & on the club website.

10. This tournament will be conducted in accordance with the Tennis Australia Code of Conduct, available from

The tournament referee has the right to cancel events, change the length of matches and issue formal advice, followed by an Official Warning to a player for behaving in a manner detrimental to the good image of Tennis. Should a player continue offending, on or off the court during the tournament, after such Official Warning, the Referee may disqualify the player during the match, or from any further part in that Tournament.

12. Entries must be signed and accompanied by the requisite entry fee(s).

13. Junior Open is open to all junior players. Junior Graded is open to all junior players except those in Section 4 WRTA. Junior Hot Shots is limited to players competing Hot Shots competition.

14. All Open grades are knockout format. Junior Graded & Junior Hot Shots are round robin.

15. Trophies will only be presented at the Presentation.

16. Strictly one entry form per person.

17. Under no circumstance may advice or assistance be tendered to any player while a match is in progress. Parents/Coaches are warned that any breach of these conditions or those outlined in the tennis code of conduct, may result in disqualification.

18. Entry forms with fees should be received no later than: 7th of November 2017, and are to be sent to:
