To implement the guideline of "safety utmost, prevention first", comply with the principle of "person in charge takes responsibility", and ensure that various tasks are smoothly carried out during the 15th China International Film & TV Programs Exhibition (CIFTPE), Party A and Party B hereby agree to sign the Safety Liability Statement of The 15th China International Film & TV Programs Exhibition after friendly negotiation, so as to clarify responsibilities, ensure normal work order and prevent the occurrence of any type of accident.

I Party B shall strictly implement the guidelines and policies on production safety and fire protection, and relevant laws, ordinances and regulations on labor protection promulgated by the labor protection and production safety administrations of the state, Beijing and superior authorities, as well as relevant laws and regulations stipulated by the state, and comply with the security and fire protection responsibility system. Party B shall strictly supervise its booth constructor during the construction, making sure it strictly follows the safety and fire protection management systems of Beijing Exhibition Center; in case any problem arises, Party B shall assume all liabilities and resulting consequences.

II Party B shall strictly supervise the constructor during the construction, making sure there is no activity affecting the building structure or use safety; in case any problem arises, Party B shall assume all liabilities and resulting consequences.

III According to the Beijing Safety Regulations for Big Events，Party B shall assign ______(Title:______, Tel:______, Mobile:______) to be responsible for daily security protection during the exhibition, who shall formulate security and fire protection responsibility systems, and report basic information of responsible persons to Party A.

IV Party B shall have a political examination of every employee and provide a sound training on safety, fire protection and security, in order to make sure they observe all safety management rules of the CIFTPE organizing committee.

V During the exhibition, Party B shall keep a well-organized site order, be serious at work, timely report any possible emergency, and cooperate with the security team to cope with the emergency resolutely. Party B shall assign safety personnel, make firefighting plans and fire protection measures, and report to the police in case of emergency.

VI Party B must establish a safety check system and assign dedicated personnel to make their rounds during the exhibition. Party B must switch off production and lighting power sources, keep the site clean, and protect the exhibition facilities.

VII Party B must intensify safety management of electricity and fire use. Electricity overload, temporary connection to power supply lines, open fire use or smoking shall be strictly forbidden in any activity area or construction site.

VIII Party B shall not take irrelevant personnel to the construction or exhibition venue, and shall handle procedures according to exhibition rules before taking any object in and out.

IX Party B shall take good care of all the exhibits and personal belongings inside the booth during the exhibition, and be responsible for reminding customers that visit its booth to keep their belongings under watch and prevent loss or theft. In case a safety accident occurs under Party B’s watch and causes losses to Party A or Beijing Exhibition Center, Party B shall be liable for compensation.

X The exhibitor shall assign special personnel to be responsible for the exhibition and booth safety. Exhibition safety responsibilities include the safety of exhibits and the safety of speech by exhibitor’s personnel.

XI Party A has the right to supervise and inspect Party B's safety and security protection work. If any hidden danger is spotted during the inspection, Party A will notify Party B for prompt rectification. If Party B pays little attention to Party A’s notification or is less active in the rectification, in case an accident happens, Party B shall be responsible for all the consequences.

XII This Safety Liability Statement will take effect after both Party A and Party B sign and seal on it. There will be four copies, with Party A holding three and Party B holding one.
