C. Application:

1. Read the Rules of China International Film & TV Programs Exhibition carefully and obey the relevant regulations.

2. After fax this form, exhibitors should pay 30% of the total booth rental as deposit within 5 working days (Those send application forms after Nov.1,2017 should pay off the whole rental in a single payment within 5 working days). Fax the payment proof to 86-10-63950438 is requested. Otherwise the application would be null.

3. A 10% discount will be offered to exhibitors who pay off the total rental no later than May 31st, 2017. and exhibitors should pay off the balance before Nov.1,2017.

4. Only the booth exhibitors who have paid off the total rental fee can enter the exhibition center to setup booth and transact the exhibition procedure.

Raw space / USD 339/ sq.m / USD 371/ sq.m / Exhibitors who rent 36sq.m raw space get 10 Working Badges. Every 10sq.m more will get 2 more Working Badges.
1. The date of payment is based on remittance. If the payment unit needs VAT invoices, please send related information (taxpayer identification number, bank account and account number, company address and telephone number) to . The title of VAT invoices shall be same with the specific remittance information of exhibitors and does not accept any change or alteration.
2. When the application becomes effective:
a. The exhibitors should send the company’s information in electronic edition according to the Exhibitor’s Information Form to no later than Nov.1,2017.
b. Fill in the Exhibition Badge Application Form and send to as an attachment file. Fax is not acceptable.
3. During fire & electricity protection checking up time, decoration company for each booth should have person on duty to cooperate the checking up and may leave until no revision needed and the confirmation has been signed.
4. The booth exhibitors who apply after Nov.1,2017(Nov.1,included), their information and company brief introductions could not be published in the exhibition brochure.
5. The decoration company for each special booth should read the plans of China
International Film & TV Programs Exhibition (www.chnpec.com) carefully and build the booth according to the relevant regulations and special requirements of the organizer.
6. Exhibitors of special booth,standard booth and exhibitors of standard booth who need to rebuild their booths should sign 4 copies of China International Film & TV Programs Exhibition Safety Liability Statement, 4 copies of Booth Security Assurance and 4 copies of CCTV Booth Security Assurance .Submit 3 copies of each document to the appointed booth building organization to declare before Nov.1,2017(Nov.1,included).
7．Booth exhibitors shall be legally registered companies and shall hold the valid qualification of "TV Production License" or "Radio and Television Program Production License" or "Internet Audiovisual Program Service License" which are within the validity period. A copy of above valid qualifications should be submitted when booth application forms are submitted. Exhibitors must obey the laws and regulations of Customs General Administration of The People's Republic of China, and the rules of booth usage, trading and security, etc.
