ZBLB Smart Target Flow Meter

Summary

ZBLB Smart Target Flow Meter adoptsstress measuring method by applying the lever principle to realize flow measurement. Acquire the same signal as the signal ofchanging flowthrough high precision double holes cantilever stress sensor. Via being processed by A/D converter, MPU and D/A converter, etc, then the output signalwhich is transferred into 4-20mA open current analog signal and digital signal that is in conformity with HART protocol and is superimposed on the analog signal. It is provided with the functions of high accuracy for linearity treatment, strong interference-resistance, remoteconfiguration,monitoring, maintenance and adjustment, etc. It can work together with equipment being conformity with HART protocol in the field bus so as to realize the digital communication, process checking and automatic controlling. It can also be used compatibly with analog meter. The static pressure adjustment device of ZBLB haswon the national patents.

Operation principleA target plate is mounted at end of the lever 3. Fluid exerts a force F1 on target plate that is transferred to act on lever 3. Under the action of force F1, shaft-seal 2 diaphragm as fulcrum (It hastwo functions: 1.Acting as the fulcrum of the whole lever. 2. Performing as a seal plate), Lever 3 transfers the forceto Lever1 and then generates force F2. Lever 1 connects with a weighing sensor at the other end. This sensor will transfer the force F2 exerted by lever1into a millivolt electric signal. The electric signal is transmitted through A/D converter, MPU, D/A converter and signal output circuit to finish converting process. (See figure 1, figure 2)

※Ring-type measuring chamber should use female flange.※Straight pipe section measuring chamber should match with male flange.※Front and backof the meter should configure straight pipe section of a certain length, upper straight pipe section is no less than 10 timesof nominal diameter, lower is no less than nominal 5 times of diameter. The meter is not suitable for installing in thestrenuous vibration environment. Both sides of meter should install by-pass line.
