Further suggestions
  • Short extension activity: Pupils can use digital video cameras to film their final digital story presentation/lost story, and then present these to the rest of the class – You might want to consider ways to share the digital stories with other pupils in the school, parents etc., or maybe include some stories on the schools' website or via an appropriate hosting provider on the web with due regard to safeguarding and parental preferences for use of images
  • Longer extension activity: Pupils can film their presentation/lost stories, and then edit them using appropriate video editing software, trying to replicate some of the styles or thematic devices used in the original videos, before presenting these to the class. You might want to consider ways to share the digital stories with other pupils in the school, parents etc., or maybe include some stories on the schools' website or via an appropriate hosting provider on the web with due regard to safeguarding and parental preferences for use of images
