DEVOTION TO OUR LADY
THE PARISH VISITING STATUE
Some parishioners may not be aware that for many years this statue visits a Parish family home every week of the year for a rosary to be recited daily.
At present there are 14 families from Stella Maris and St. Joseph’s partaking of this devotion which occurs approx. once every 3 months. Hopefully some new families may wish to join in this lovely parish devotion, they would be most welcome and then it may become 1 week in every 6 months.
All families involved now, would tell you it’s a very pleasant experience welcoming “Our Lady” into their homes for a week.
If any “long serving” families wish to retire for some reason, just let us know.
A new roster is about to be organised. If interested please call Doug or Edna Campbell on 9583 4963 before 3rd August to be included on new roster. Transport can always be arranged if required.
