The month of March celebrates Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, two events with significant global importance. Become actively engaged in investor education and protection activities that focus on the unique needs of women. Shortcuts to Success:

The Manitoba Securities Commission maintains a web-based program designed specifically for women called I’m Worth It.

The New Brunswick Securities Commission launched their finance program for women during March in recognition of Fraud Prevention Month and International Women’s Day.

The California Department of Corporationsdeveloped a publication titled “Financial Tips for Women” that has also been distributed through the California Commission on the Status of Women.

  • The Women’s Institute for a Secure Retirement (WISER) creates a variety of consumer publications including fact sheets, booklets and a quarterly newsletter
  • Women’s Institute for Financial Education (WIFE) is the oldest non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial education to women.
  • Wi$eUp is an online financial education program for Generation X & Y women. The online course has 8 components and is free upon registration.
