D. ACKNOWLEDGE SEVERAL POINTS OF VIEW

III. AS YOU ARE WRITING:

1. KEEP SENTENCES AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE.

2. USE APPROPRIATE POLITICAL SCIENCE TERMINOLOGY. DO NOT OVERDO IT!

A. REMEMBER THAT GOOD WRITING DOES NOT HAVE TO BE COMPLICATED.

B. DO NOT USE WORDS IF YOU ARE UNAWARE OF ITS MEANING OR PROPER USAGE.

4. DEFINE YOUR TERMS. EVERYONE MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT MEANING OF CERTAIN WORDS (I.E. CONSERVATIVE AND LIBERAL). EXPLAIN WHAT YOU THINK THE WORDS MEAN.
