CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Helper duties

Helper jobs are allocated to each entering ARCA club. An email of times will be sent to your club prior to the competition. It is your clubs responsibility to organise your members to fill these times. If the job is not completed by your club it will not accumulate any points towards trophies and will not be eligible for any prizes. Please present yourself to the clubhouse 15 mins prior to the start of your helper duty.

Riders

Please note that this is an ARCA Challenge and as such club uniform is required. Costume is optional for Freestyle and Pas De Deux tests.

Riders that choose to do two standard tests are NOT eligible for the individual trophy but will still accumulate points from both tests towards their club’s total points for the Highpoint and Handicap trophies.

Riders must wear current approved safety gear at all times whilst mounted on their horse/pony.

Plaiting is preferred.

Disclaimers must be signed prior to riding.

Registrations at the club house from 7am. Our gates are always open so come as early as you please.

Yards

We have plenty of tie-up bays under cover, as well as yards. Where possible please leave the yards available for horses that don’t tie up. Horses may be kept in yards on floats but not tied to floats. All yards, bays and float areas must be clean of hay and manure before you leave. There will be wheelbarrows around the grounds and the compost area is located near the first set of gates. Please empty your hay and manure here.
