Final Proof Pip Report
Need to discuss what needs to be addressed and what ought to be left
1) Executive Summary – page numbers to follow the same format as the main report
2) Page 38 Para 2 – missing full stop at the end – not previously reported – so leave
3) Page 43 No annual budget for the Consortium – not in our latest version – not in our PDF for some reason either – so leave
4) Page 47 – graphs have deteriorated significantly in quality since the last hard copy proof – some more blurred than others – but shadow around most
5) Page 48, 49 & 50 not working – same problem as in our last version – text from top of 49 needs to go up to 48, then section 5.1.2.1 starts as it does, at the top of a page, but a page earlier
6) Still a problem with positions of figure 3 & 4 – but manageable for reader, and probably best left.
7) Page 77 Para 2 – text missing from the end of the line, hence gap in text: ‘as shown in figure 10.’
8) Page 88 figure 14 – this diagram is problematic, and is in our previous three versions – Stonewall formed in 1989, but on the Scatterplot they appear to have formed about 1982/3 – need to look at original diagram – because there was a problem earlier with this being transposed – but it looks like this for last few versions
9) Pages 143 – 145 – spacing is off repeatedly – this is new – it was not in previous versions:
10) Page 143 between L8 and L9
between L18 & 19
Page 144 between L1 & L2
between L3 & L4
between L5 & L6
11) Page 153 – references 37, and 38 have jumped up in to reference 36 – was not like that before
