You will be honored at the 2016 Maryland AAU Awards Banquet, on Sunday, November 13, 2016 from

1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Martins-East, 9000 Pulaski Highway, Baltimore, Maryland, 21220.

As an Award Recipient, the Maryland AAU will pay for your ticket, but each of your invited guests will need to purchase a ticket at $55.00per person. In order to receive your ticket, please confirm that you will attend the banquet by returning this form to us by OCTOBER 9, 2016. If your invited guests would like to attendour exciting event, it is important they complete and return the ticket request form with paymentas soon as possible. Make all checks payable to: Maryland AAU.

Your name, as spelled on this invitation, will be printed on your award. If it is incorrect, please make the correction before returning your confirmation.

Patron / Advertisement Forms must be accompanied with full payment (Check or Money Order)
  • To ensure the highest quality printing, please submit “camera-ready”artwork. . If your ad is not “Camera-ready” then please include an additional $50 Graphic Design and Layout Fee and we will design your ad for you.
  • Ads must be original, clear black and white or color print, and submitted in digital format(Adobe .PDF, Microsoft Publisher or Microsoft Word format)for best reproduction.
  • Patron Ads willalso be accepted in paper format, but for best results make sure it is “camera-ready,” and do not to fold your paper ad since any wrinkles or folds will become visible in the finalproduct. For best results, place your artwork in a manila folder/envelope and either mail it or personally give it to your Sports Director.
  • Also, please make sure yourdigital files or camera-ready artwork has been checked for accuracy, appears as you wish it to appear in our booklet, and is within the correct size guidelines (see sizes above).Our finished souvenir booklet is 8½” x 11”. Each page is published in portrait format.
  • All ads must be received no later thanFriday, October 14, 2016. Any submissions received after this deadline may not appear in the souvenir booklet.
  • All submissions are subject to the final approval of the Maryland AAU Awards Banquet Committee, and may be edited, omitted or modified to fit our publication guidelines. Patron Ad requests will be honored on a first come, first served basis.
  • Submit your Patron Ads, Artwork and all Monies to your Maryland AAU Sports Director.
