JOB PURPOSE
To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation’s operations through providing administrative support across the organisation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Producing the weekly and monthly ebulletins by collating information from colleagues.
  2. Providing administrative support to organisational teams.
  3. Providing support for events such as Away Days, training days or courses, publicity events, conferences, networking meetings, and other events.
  4. Ordering of any supplies required by the organisation.
  5. Organising outgoing and incoming mail, including bulk mailings throughout the year.
  6. Answering telephone requests and signposting clients to relevant staff or agencies.
  7. Maintaining client membership and relationships as well as accurate records of renewals and subscriptions throughout the financial year.
  8. Supporting teams to update and maintaintheir databases/client management system.
  9. Assisting with the provision of good quality publications, both internal and external, across the organisation.
  10. Assisting the organisation to achieve a quality standard.
  11. Assisting the processing of DBS applications.
  12. Posting on to the website/CRM details of events/training and also job adverts.
  13. To be aware of and implement health and safety responsibilities as an employee.

  15. Any other duties commensurate with the post which may from time to time be requested in furtherance of the organisation’s aims and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
Educated to A level standard or equivalent

Administration, management qualification and/or qualification in IT
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
