It has been over 20 months since the last CCL ministry newsletter in July 2003. There is much to report about CCL ministry activities: such as the ongoing Christian witness at some of Columbia’s “gates of hell,”
i.e., the Planned Parenthoodchild-murder-by-abortion mill in Middleburg Park off Forest Drive, and the
anti-Christ government high schools and USC; andalso,lobbying at the SC State House to end“legalized”
abortion (child-murder) in South Carolina; the 2003SC “Show the Truth” tour; an update on the continuing
legal developments from the August 2002 arrests of five Christians inFlorence, SC during the 2002 SC
“Show the Truth” tour; and other ministry activities and events (e.g., annual “Repentance for Bloodguilt”
Outdoor Worship Service at the south steps of the SC State House in January 2004 and January 2005).

Three days each week (Tues.-Fri.-Sat.), by the grace of God, there is a Christian pro-life, pro-chastity, and
anti-abortion, anti-birth-control presence outside Columbia’s Planned Parenthood of South Carolina, Inc.
abortion domestic terror center (when are you going to seek justice upon the domesticterroristsmurdering
3,000+ American babies per day, Mr. Bush ?) in Middleburg Park, off Forest Drive, which reported killing over
1,400 pre-birth children in 2003 (over25,000dead between 1978-2003 at PP’s abortuary in Columbia, SC).
This innocent blood pollutes the land in Columbia, SC (Numbers 35:33), and imputes the divine judgment of corporate bloodguilt “upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof;…” (Jeremiah 26:15). If you are living in America today, this curse of bloodguiltiness is upon you (Deut. 21:1-9) – there are child -killing factories in all 50 states of the Union ( – click on “Find an Abortion Clinic” [sic]), three in S.C.
Christian, if you are looking for a way to express your faith with deeds worthy of repentance (Matt. 3:8) from our divinely imputed corporate bloodguilt, then please come to PP’s “gates of hell” and do the same things you do every Sunday at worship services (pray, praise andworship, listen to or speak God’s Word), and engage in spiritual warfare (Ephesians 6:10-18) on-site ! If you want to learn how to sidewalk counsel, or help with other ministry tasks, you can be taught on-the-job ! Last month, at least two babies were spared from their death sentences at PP’s Columbia’s killing factory (Feb. 8 & Feb. 11). If more Christians would just show up at the PP ‘gates of hell’, would God be pleased to save more children ? How is it that in a ‘Bible-belt” Southern city, with 700 or so institutions called “churches” in the Columbia-metro area, that only 1, 2, 3, or at most 4 people are ever outside PP’s operational death camp in Middleburg Park?!
More than 3,000 unborn humans are murdered in America daily by surgical abortion domestic terrorism; which mirrors prophetically the 3,000 who were killed on September 11, 2001, allegedly by foreign terrorists.
Those who look for revival without repentance from government-protected-child-murder-by-abortion, may spend the rest of your lives looking in vain. There will be NO Revival without Repentance !!!
One Biblical model in 2 Kings, chapters 22 and 23 in the days of King Josiah, is REPENTANCE, then
REFORMATION, thenREVIVAL. God’s remedy in 2 Chronicles 7:14 for His healing of our sin-sick
land, is Repentancefirst by Christians !! [why not start with Repentance of using abortifacient child-prevention drugs like birth control pills and Depo-Provera; and then bring up God’s blessings and “arrows”
(Psalm 127:3-5) in the admonition of the Lord, trained in home-school (Eph. 6:4; Deut. 6:4-7; Matt. 28:18-20),
rather then sending them off to be trained up in the temples of our philosophical enemies in the government indoctrination centers; and corrupted by the bad company of their worldly, fornicating peers (1 Cor. 15:33) ?!]
Another way you can help come against the child-sacrifice ‘high place’ in Middleburg Park, is to
get involved in the ongoing Public Awareness and Participation Project – Re: Planned Parenthood:
The two-story office building housing Planned Parenthood’s abortion center at 2712 Middleburg Drive, in Middleburg Office Park, off Forest Drive (after Providence Hospital and before Richland Fashion Mall), is owned in partnership by Mr. J. Donald Dialand sons, including Mr. Robin Dial. In addition to leasing Suite # 107 to Planned Parenthood, Mr. J. Donald Dial has also been listed on Planned Parenthood (PP) letterhead in the past as a "Major Supporter"- taken to mean a major financial supporter.
Alongside the driveway going into the PP parking lot is a brick wall with a directory of the various tenants
at 2712 Middleburg Drive, including Planned Parenthood. The "Leasing Information" number is 803-799-1229. This is Mr. J. Donald Dial's office number, in the same building. Robin Dial can also be reached at that number. You may also try Dial, Dunlap & Edwards, LLC at 799-6244 to voice your opposition.
Please consider taking the time to call (803) 799-1229 and ask for either the building owner, the building manager, Mr. Donald Dial, or Mr. Robin Dial, and tell them you have a complaint about one of the tenants in their office building there. Then tell them you are calling about Planned Parenthood, and you would like them to end their business relationship with an entity that profits from the murder of unborn babies. Be polite. Do not in any way communicate a threat of any kind. And be a witness for Jesus. Mr. Robin Dial has refused on two occasions to share his spiritual beliefs. The man appears to be lost and on his way to hell. Please pray for Donald Dial and Robin Dial and for their families for salvations, repentance, and the reforming of their ways.

In 1999, the child-murder center run by abortionist Dr. Ismail Elguindi off Broad River Rd. near I-20 was closed down after the surviving Christian widow of Mr. Wyman Boozer refused to re-new the murder center’s lease, and the Lord cut off “Dr.” Elguindi’s re-location of his child-killing factory to another site ! Hallelu-Yah !]
2) ’GOD IS GOING BACK TO SCHOOL’ project completes 14th, 15th, and 16th semesters since 1997
By God’s grace, we have passed the 180-visits-to-schools mark, finishing our 14thsemester in Fall 2003,15th semester in Spring 2004, and 16th semester in Fall 2004; making from 7 to10 school visits per semester.
Each semester since March 1997, we have repeated visits outside schools selected from 15 different government high schools and USC-Columbia, in Richland and Lexington Counties (in the greater Columbia area), normally standing with signs and literature on the sidewalk or right-of-way. With praise to the Lord, we have distributed now, to mostly area high school and college students, over 10,300 packets of literature, containing over 48,000tracts, brochures, and flyers. With a Christian witness of just usually three or four adults (would you like to join
in this effort ?), we are attempting to bring the truth about the sanctity of human life, the evil of abortion, chastity-only, and the Gospel of salvation through faith alone in Jesus Christ (Yahshua Messiah) alone to young adults who are denied the truth about all of these critical subjects in the taxpayer-fundedanti-Christianworldviewgovernment schools. Since Spring 2002, we have also passed out over 1,900 brochures on biblical teaching about homosexuality, by Mr. Ralph Ovadal, pastor of Pilgrims Covenant Church in Wisconsin, and
host of the excellent cutting-edge on-line Christian internet program at .
The U.S. supreme Court decision Torcaso v. Watkins (1961) stated in Footnote 11.“Among religions in this country which do not teach what would generally be considered a belief in the existence of God are Buddhism, Taoism, Ethical Culture, Secular Humanism and others.” ( The “established religion” of
the anti-Christ American government school system is Secular Humanism. Martin Luther, the courageous Reformer, said prophetically: “I am much afraid that schools will prove to be the great gates of hell unless they diligently labor in explaining the Holy Scriptures, engraving them in the hearts of youth. I advise
no one to place his child where the scriptures do not reign paramount. Every institution in which men
are not increasingly occupied with the Word of God must become corrupt.” Need I say more? The
answer to the Bible-commanded (e.g., Deut. 6:4-7; Matt. 28:18-20) Christian education of Christian
children is home-schooling. From a public policy standpoint, the vision we should lift up is to return to the
predominantly Christian and private schooling paradigm that existed in America prior to the 1840’s. We
need separation of School and State ! Let’s end the paradigm of Government-run, taxpayer-funded(you !),
compulsory-attendance, statist, socialist, anti-Creation, anti-chastity, anti-Christian worldview schools, and privatize the system, as it principally was for the first 220 years of American history ! It can be done ! In American government schools today, by law, the Word of God is not only not in ascendance, it is absent !

CCL’s outreach has been re-named, “Jesus Christ is Going to the Gates of Hell at Government Schools.”
Every day the Christian parent gives their child over to be proselytized in a government school, in an
alien faith, the religion of Secular Humanism, they increase the likelihood of their own child rejecting the
Christian faith of their upbringing, and leaving the church. In my own life, after leaving “public” high school, I left home for college, and left off attending church services, and worsened the sinner’s life I had already begun. Parents, please,obey God (Deut 6:4-7), and rescueyourownchildren from the government school gates of hell!
3) Progress on two Pro-Life bills in 2005 South Carolina Legislature - H.3213/S.111 and H.3338
FOR ONGOING UPDATES ON H.3213 STATUS AND ACTION ITEMS:
a) The “Right to Life Act of South Carolina” establishes that the right to due process and the right
to equal protection (straight out of Article I., Section 3. of the South Carolina State Constitution) vest
at fertilization. This means that ifthe SC General Assembly passes H.3213/S.111, then so-called “legalized”
abortion in South Carolina is ended. The essence of the bill is one sentence in Section 1-1-320: “The right
to due process, whereby no person may be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, and the right to equal protection of the laws, both of which rights are guaranteed by Article I., Section 3 of the Constitution of this State, vest at fertilization.” The SC House bill (H.3213) and the
SC Senate companion bill (S.111) may be seen by a link from:
There are presently 39 co-sponsors in the SC House (H.3213) and 6 co-sponsors in the SC Senate (S.111).
More co-sponsors are needed. We are focusing right now on the SC House bill, H.3213, and have requested
a public hearing. This would be in the Constitutional Laws Subcommittee, of the House Judiciary Committee, and held in the Blatt Office Building (5th floor) on the SC State House grounds in Columbia. See the enclosed flyer accompanying this newsletter for more detailed current information and action items for those principled pro-lifers willing to work to bring an end to government-protected child-murder in South Carolina. b) The bill to create a South Carolina Unborn Children’s Monument Commission to (design and) erect
a monument on the SC State House grounds, would establish “a memorial to South Carolina children whose lives ended before their birth…” Voice of the Unborn director Johnny Gardner testifies that the Lord gave him this idea a few years ago. Such a monument memorializing the unborn children who have been unjustly killed would be a sign of Repentance in our state for this great evil; and may well be used by God to not only save individual lives from abortion, but also to help plow the hard soil of men’s hearts to endabortion.
There are presently 24 co-sponsors in the SC House (H.3338). More co-sponsors are needed. Johnny has
requested an April public hearing. This would be in a subcommittee of the House Ways and Means Committee,
and held in the Blatt Office Building (5th floor) on the SC State House grounds in Columbia. Please help us

4) Third SC ‘Show the Truth’ tour conducted October 21-26, 2003: Upstate South Carolina
The firstSC ‘Show the Truth’ tour in June 2001 focused on the four SC cities with abortion centers at the time: Charleston, Beaufort, Columbia, and Greenville. Beaufort’s last operational death center closed 9/14/01.
The secondSC ‘Show the Truth’ tour in August 2002 focused on cities east and north of Columbia at the geographic center of the state: Columbia, Florence, Conway, Sumter, Winnsboro, Chester, York, Rock Hill, and Lancaster, all in SC; and Charlotte, NC. We missed the Myrtle Beach stop completely because of five earlier arrests in Florence. Five Christian pro-life adults were arrested August 14 by the Florence Police for violating a city ordinance which required a government-issued “Parade Permit” before any single person can display a hand-held sign, even just standing on a public sidewalk (see update on Florence case below).
The thirdSC ‘Show the Truth’ tour, October 21-26, 2003, focused on the Upstate: firstColumbia, then Union, Gaffney, Spartanburg, Greer, Greenville, Easley, Clemson town and Clemson University, and Mauldin. We went back to Greenville on Sunday to conduct a prophetic Christian witness outside two apostate, abortion-tolerant, sodomy-tolerant, so-called “churches.” This pro-life short-term mission group varied in size from just over 10, to over 20 people in each location; and over the course of six days set up to conduct 16 sign displays
with large graphic pictures of pre-birth human abortion victims, normally lining the streets on public sidewalks. While touring 10 cities and counties and a public university, the pro-life missionaries distributed 3,000 pieces of anti-abortion literature. The law enforcement officers in most jurisdictions upheld our free speech and assembly
rights, however, these four jurisdictions chose to trample on these rights and prohibited free speech, peaceableassembly, and the free exercise of religion on their public sidewalks: 1) the city of Gaffney,
2) the city of Spartanburg, 3) Clemson University along S.C. Highway 93, and 4) the city of Mauldin.
On a Clemson Saturday home football game day, we were in Clemson town, on Clemson campus (with paid, reserved space at Cox Plaza behind Tillman Hall), on the public sidewalk along S.C. Highway 93 running along the perimeter of Bowman Field, and two Truth Trucks (Denny Green’s and Ron Brock’s) circulated throughout the campus. The displays certainly got the attention of some of the orange-decked fans there to party and watch the football game in Clemson’s 80,000-seat “Death Valley” stadium.
