Yoga and Meditation Camp – Some Helpful Tips

Please follow the Instructions and Requests listed below to get maximum benefit from this camp:

  1. Attend all programs, be punctual and avoid Tardinessat all times.
  2. Bring a mat or blanket for yoga and meditation, and keep it with you at all times during classes.
  3. Wear loose white or light colored clothes for comfort.
  4. Bring toiletries and towels for personal use.
  5. A foam mattress and pillow with cover and blanket will be provided. However for added comfort you may bring your own sheets, cover etc. if you desire.
  6. All participants will be provided with nutritious, healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner during this camp, soNo need to bring any edible items from home (unless needed for medical reason)
  7. You will be able to purchase books, cds, dvds, and camp-related material.
