YA Science Fiction Independent Reading-2nd Quarter

For Second Quarter, you will be selecting a Science Fiction Independent Reading Book to accompany our upcoming Science Fiction Project/Unit. For this, you will make your own reading calendar and do activities with this book that correspond to things we are doing in class.

First, you will select a book from the reading list below (available in the LMC, Public Library, or at bookstores). Please pick something realistic to your schedule that appeals to your interests and reading abilities. You should have your book in class by Wednesday, December 8th.You may rent, buy, or borrow your book.

Then, you will assign yourself a reading calendar/schedule to adhere to for the next several weeks. The DUE DATE for this book will be THURSDAY, JANUARY 20th, so you will have approximately 6 weeks to read your book.
