The registration fees include lunch and coffees throughout the symposium, the Book of Abstracts as well as all handouts and 1 ticket for the Banquet. Please note that, due to limited number seats, Banquet reservations will be accepted on a strict “first come, first served” basis.

1)The total amount due will be re-calculated by the Conference Secretariat and any discrepancy found will be notified by email and must be settled during theon-site Registration.

2)The TOTALamount duemust be received by SHS2011in order for you to be confirmed as “Registered Attendee”. A “Confirmation of Registration” letter will be emailed to you as soon as theTOTAL amount is received.

3)A “Certificate of Attendance”, including a Receipt for the registration fees will be provided during the Symposium.

4)Unfortunately,payment by Credit Card is not possible - arranging such a facility would have been too expensive.
