September 2016, I have started again to work as dialysis nurse in a busy satellite unit for Imperial NHS trust in London. Is a busy unit, covering and offering treatment for 120 patients.

Delivering quality of care and follow the last updates quidelines for dialysis, this unit gave me the opportunity to work again in heamodialysis.

Taking care central permanent catheters for dialysis, vanupacture fistulas and grafts, general nursing care for the patients, communication with family's members, education of patients and advise for nutrition issues, are some of my daily duties.

Assist also staff in medical equipments, as part of my previous and present experience in intensive care units. Support them to understand and develop skills in these equipments, as ECG machine, volumetric pumps, continue monitoring, saturation probe.
