59th Annual Convention and Trade Show

The Wyoming Association of Conservation Districts would like to invite you to participate in the Association’s 59th Annual Convention. This year’s Convention will be held November 16-18, in Cody, at the Holiday Inn.
The WACD Trade Show will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 17 and will run through 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 18. Those participants with drawings will be allowed time on the convention agenda to announce winners. (Please notify the WACD office if you plan to hold a drawing.)
Trade Show Hours:
Wednesday, November 178:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 188:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Set Up: You can begin setting up your booth on Tuesday, November 16 at 2:00 p.m. Please have the booths up by 8:00 am. Wednesday, November 17.
Tear Down: Booths may be taken down after 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 18.
Display Area: The display booths are approximately 8 ft. x 8 ft. A 6 ft. table, covering cloth and chairs will be provided.
Electrical outlets: Electrical outlets will be available for exhibitors needing electricity. Please bring your own extension cord.
Booth Fee: The cost of a WACD exhibit space for agencies, organizations and businesses is $100. This includes your company’s listing in the convention program, 2 free drink tickets, 2 free auction tickets and a post-convention newsletter. Exhibitors are invited to participate in the convention activities and may register for these by completing the enclosed registration form and returning it to WACD.
Room Reservations: Contact the Holiday Inn at (800) 527-5544 and ask for the WCDroom block. Rooms are $55. Reservations must be made by November 1, 2004 to ensure the convention room rate.
