Maximum number of persons per any room is 3 adults. All rooms are based on double occupancy. Any extra person sharing the room after two people pays an additional $80/night if over age 18 or $40 if under age 18. There is no charge for kids up to 2 yrs. old sharing the room with parents.

Registration fee includes five-days, four-nights run for ocean view room and breakfast each day (ocean view rooms may include the great house, rooms along the ridge near the great house, and rooms near the tennis courts). The registration fee also includes a delegate fee toward the cost of group food and/or reception and beverage not paid by event sponsors. Delegates are on their own relative to airline and car rental arrangements. Although there are flights out of Milwaukee via Delta and American Airlines, WUCA suggests that delegates also check airfare from Chicago to increase airline options. WUCA has an auto rental discount program with Hertz. For Hertz reservations, call 1-800-654-2240 or 1-405-749-4434. Reference WUCA CDP#______and Promotional Code #______.This special Hertz offer is valid one week before through one week after the week of January 25-29, 2012 dates. If not using the Hertz discount, you can use your AAA membership, or other car rental agency. There are many rental car outlets on St. Croix.

Comments:

1. Taxi fare to/from the airport averages $20 per person.

2. Please register as soon as possible as the deadline date for rooms is 11/18/2011. There is no guarantee of a room later.

3.  There is shuttle service from the resort to/from downtown Christiansted located 10-minutes away at $9 per person round trip. Some may wish to rent a car especially if you are bringing a family. However, driving on the island is on the left side of the road.
