High School & College Graduates Breakfast – Sunday,
May 17th at 8:00 AM in the Lifehouse. The families of High School and College Graduates are invited to participate. The graduates are encouraged to wear their caps & gowns to be recognized during the Worship service. We are compiling a slide show to be shown during the service & need your pictures asap. Please contact the Church office to make sure your graduate is on the Graduation List.

Cultivating the Grove (Children’s Ministry of CGBC)
Seedlings (Babies - 2 Year Olds)
A nursery is provided during the morning worship in Room A-104 for children from birth to 2 years old. Thank you to today’s workers:

PLEASE NOTE: To insure the safety of our little ones, our Nursery is provided on Sunday evenings and Wednesdays for children under the age of 3 only. Please use this time to teach your older children to enjoy and be respectful of worship time.
Please remember no one younger than 6th grade may help in
the Nursery or Jr. G Grove.

Saplings (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)
G-grove (Children’s Church) – All children (Kindergarten – 5th grade) will sit with their parents in the Sanctuary until dismissed for Children’s Church. You can pick your child up after church in
the Lifehouse.
AWANA – Wednesdays at 6:30 PM in the Family Life Center.
AWANA is for children 4 years old – 5th grade (3 year old class offered for CGBC members only.) There are two weeks left to finish the handbooks. The AWANA Awards & Fellowship Night will be Wednesday, May 13th at 6:30 PM in the Sanctuary.

God’s Not Dead Children’s Musical – Sunday, May 3rd at 10:45 AM in the Sanctuary.
Mom’s Picnic – Sunday, May 17th at 12:30 at Grayson Park. All mom’s and their children (K – 5th grade) are invited to a picnic following the Worship service.
Dad’s Kickball Game – Sunday, June 13th on our field. All dad’s and their children (K-5th) are invited to come enjoy a game of kickball together.
Saplings Summer Camp – Thursday, June 18th – Saturday, June 20th at Camp Long, Aiken, SC. Total cost for CGBC members is $50. This camp is for anyone who has finished
3rd – 5th grades. (see today’s bulletin insert)

Lifehouse Youth Ministry (6th - 12th Grade)
The War at Victory – Thursday, April 30th – Saturday, May 2nd. This is a 3 day competition of intense games to determine the War Champion! Cost is $3.00/night which includes your meal. Kirk Kirkland will be the speaker again this year.
Journey Camp (Toccoa, GA) Summer Retreat –
June 22nd – 26th. The cost is $200 and a deposit of $50 is due

Lil’ Chestnuts Choir will have additional practices TODAY & Sunday April 26th at 4:45 PM in the Sanctuary. Please make every effort to have your child here as they prepare for their upcoming performance.
Eastside Gardens Ministry – Thursday, April 23rd at 7:00 PM the Navigators class will visit with the residents.

Senior Adult Game Day – Tuesday, May 12th at 9:30 AM in the Lifehouse. Come & enjoy this great time of games & laughter!
God’s Little Grove Weekday Preschool is enrolling for the 2015-2016 school year. We have just a few opening if you or someone you know is interested. You can pick up a registration form from the Church Office or on our website.

By Accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
If you have received Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior and desire to follow Him in baptism, we invite you to become a part of God’s family at Chestnut Grove.
By Transferring Letter from another Church
If you belong to another church, whether Southern Baptist or another denomination, and would like to move your membership to Chestnut Grove, we would be glad to accept you into our church family. The office will take care of the details for transferring your membership from your previous church.
By Transferring by Statement of Faith
If you know in your heart that you have a saving relationship with God through Jesus Christ and have been baptized by immersion but are a member of a church where records are not available, we will accept you upon your statement of faith. If you have not been baptized by immersion as a testimony of your salvation, we will accept you upon baptism in obedience to Christ.
