World of Wrestling’s Bid and Fact Sheet Summary

World of Wrestling, Inc. (WOW), utilizes both exclusive and limited agreements with our tournament vendors. With the successful 2015-2016 season coming to a close we are now requesting bid proposals for Official Equipment Vendor/Associate.
In order to assist you in preparing your bid proposal we have provided our list of current tournaments, locations, expected number of entries, and fan support. We have also listed possible new tournament sites for the upcoming year.
Official Equipment Company
The official equipment vendor/associate will have the exclusive rights to provide (for sale), all wrestling equipment needs, including the following: Singlets (1 and 2 piece singlets), Headgear, Stickers for Headgear, Chin Cups, 2 Strap Holders, Shoes, Shoe Covers, Athletic Tape, Mouthpiece, Hairnet, Kneepads, Bags, Cleaning Supplies (Wipes & Cream), Any Other Wrestling Related Gear. The exclusions will include: No wearing apparel, i.e., shirts, t-shirts, shorts, jackets, caps, etc. shall be made available for any purpose under this agreement and this vendor will have no rights to such wearing apparel as part of this agreement. You will be considered a Corporate Sponsor and receive all the associated sponsorship/advertising. See attached sheet… World of Wrestling will also swap email lists (if you wish), and include specials for upcoming events on our email blasts.
Financial
WOW is seeking the right fit for an enjoyable and long term relationship between our organization, our vendors, and our patrons. Professionalism in all aspects and the way our customers are treated are important to WOW. World of Wrestling reserves the right to accept the best offer, not necessarily the highest bid.
