Instructions:

  1. Please list the courses you teach that are on the course code list for your area under an artifact (Include course code and course name). If you teach less than 5 classes, then use classes more than once. First three should come from 1st semester, last two from second semester.

  1. Review the Guidance Chart for your area below. For reference purposes, all of the Guidance Charts are posted on the ASW wiki under Teacher Resources at .
  2. Use the table(s) on the next few pages for the program(s) or discipline(s) you teach to help you choose the objective you will use for each class selected.
  3. If you want to copy and paste your objectives, go to your area’s resources, which are linked underneath the Guidance Charts on the ASW wiki.
  4. Be sure to transfer your course codes, including any local information added beyond the 7th character of the state code.
  5. Brainstorm about potential work samples from the lessons and units for each class that would show growth on the chosen objectives. Remember that you will need work samples from two points in time for each objective.
  6. Add any notes or questions you have to the details about each Timelapse Artifact in the last column in the table.
