As you watch the film, write down all of the things that happen to Moses as he grows older. You will be asked to write a story of Moses after the movie and this timeline will be very useful.

Day One Questions
1) When Moses was just a baby his mother was forced to send him away. Why was his mother forced to do this?’
2) Moses was brought up as an adopted son of the Pharaoh? In what ways was he similar to his brother and in what ways was he different?
3) How were Mose’s people, the Israelites treated by the Egyptians? What was life like as an Egyptian slave?
4) How did Moses react when he started to realize he was a Jew?
5) Why did Moses kill the Egyptian slave-driver?
6) Why did Moses run away from the city?
Day Two Questions
What happened to Moses after he fled from the city?
If you were Moses, what life would you choose to live – the life of a prince or the life of a shepherd? Be sure to discuss WHY?
Moses believed he was sent a message by God. What was this message?
How did Moses react to this message? What did he do?
Day Three Questions
According to the film, how did God attempt to ‘convince’ the Pharaoh to let the Israelites go free? What plagues did he send to Egypt?
