You will be provided with an invoice. The course fee is €1350, which includes tuition, course materials, lunch for two days, a course dinner and tea/coffee breaks.A reduced course fee of € 600 applies for PhD candidates.Hotel expenses are not covered by the course fee.

The maximum number of participants is 16. Admission is at a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note carefully that your registration will only become final after receipt of payment. CWTS retains the right to postpone or cancel a course if there are not enough participants registered for the course. In such a case, participants have the option to either opt for the postponed course or receive a refund of the course fee.No later than two months before the start of the course, we will inform you about this.

a month prior to the start of the course we are obliged to charge you with 50% of the course fee
two weeks prior to the start of the course we are obliged to charge you with 75% of the course fee
