Strategy Development and the Practice of Discernment
At the heart of Christian organizations is a mandate to seek God's peace and well-being for the world. Leaders steward this calling within God's transformative work by aligning their ministry's human and financial resources for the greatest impact. Strategy development is therefore not simply implementing a set of tools, but requires guiding an overarching dialogue between organizational performance and an evolving external context. Practicing spiritual discernment provides clarity, direction and an eternal perspective in choosing the best ways forward.
