Scope of Works: / To supply and install all necessary copper pipework, thermal store and air source heat pump to provide an operating heating system.
To carry out plumbing works to accommodation area.
Access / Egress: / Access to the Ambulance Station will be through main entrance or roller shutter doors.
Lighting: / The lighting within the site is good and no additional will be required, unless working above the ceiling where good levels of daylight are normally adequate through skylights. No work will be permitted externally if natural daylight is not sufficient.

Sequence of Tasks: / Arrive on site and immediately report to the station Crew. Sign in to site and complete all health and safety documentation required. Familiarise oneself with the fire protection systems, fire fighting equipment and emergency exits.
Discuss the task with the station crew and make them aware of the works to be carried out and the area to which access will be temporarily suspended.
On completion the Smartline cylinder, Delonghi Heat Pump can be installed with all interconnection pipework and power supplies into the existing boiler room.
Handover to the client is set for the end of works.
Risks and Controls: / Hot Works
Ensure that temporary covers are installed to smoke detectors within the area of work during soldering of joints. Ensure fire fighting equipment is to hand during hot works. Finish all hot works at least one hour before completing works for the day and a final inspection of the area is carried out before leaving site. Ensure that all smoke heads are uncovered and system operational before leaving site.
