In order to participate at this event, please fill out the form and send it to Eden Intelligence Ltd by Fax: +44 (0) 20 7022 8730 or to as soon as possible. Due to limited numbers, applications for this event received after 10thOctober will only be accepted at the organiser’s discretion. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation of registration up to 15th October is subject to a £50.00 administrative fee. Cancellation up to 10 working days before the event will be refunded 50% of the fee. There will be no refund for cancellations received after this time. Registrations are personal. If you would prefer to send a substitute, you may, but full details must be supplied as soon as possible to , and not after4 working days before the Conference; substitutions are subject to approval. Due to the nature of the Conferenceand only in exceptional circumstances, applications may be denied from some individuals and organisations and invitations rescinded. In the highly unlikely event of such a case, a full refund will be provided, but the organiser will not be liable for any additional costs incurred, nor any other consequential loss. It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to change speakers and/or timing and content of the programme. The organisers are not liable for any changes.
