The Officers and the staff may also avail the restricted holiday as declared by the State Govt. of Assam.

(3) All 2nd and 4th Saturdays and holidays falling on such Saturdays will be observed as holidays. All other Saturdays will be full working days.

(2)In case the moon be not visible on the days fixed above for the Id-Ul-Fitre and Id-Uz-Zuha then the holidays will be shifted accordingly.

(3)All Civil Courts will remain closed on 2nd Saturdays of each month. The Civil Courts shall function on other Saturdays of the month from 10.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. positively.
