Word Was Received by Relatives in Wakarusa, Tuesday Morning, of the Sudden Death of Mrs

Word was received by relatives in Wakarusa, Tuesday morning, of the sudden death of Mrs. George Moon of Los Angeles, Calif., known by many in this community.

Mrs. Moon before her marriage was Mary Alberts, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Alberts, was born in St. Joseph county, Ind., in 1866. She was married to Mr. Moon 58 years ago in the Tamarack church northwest of Wakarusa, and has been a resident of California 24 years. Mrs. Moon is survived by her husband and two children Victor Moon and Mrs. Nina Banburg, six sisters, Mrs. William Lechlitner, Mrs. Adam Hunsberger and Mrs. Mel Hunsberger of Mishawaka and Mrs. George Peters and Mrs. Anna Huston of Los Angeles.

Mr. and Mrs. Moon have visited this community a number of times and Mrs. Moon was back last fall visiting her sisters in Mishawaka and Mr. Moon’s kin folks, who include Victory Eby, Arza and Ralph Parret and Willis, Irvin and Ellis Eby.
