FILM NOTICE

Dear Resident / Property Owner:
Our production is scheduled to film in your area. Please see detailed information about the shoot listed below:
· Date: Thursday, February 25, 2016
· Locations / Approximate Times: (There will be no night filming).
o SET 1: 1015 Roma Ave NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 – Approximately 7:00am – 3:00pm
o SET 2: Alley between Fruit Ave & Roma Ave (East of 11th St), Albuquerque, NM 87102 – Approximately 7:00am – 3:00pm
o SET 3: 523 11th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 – Approximately 7:00am – 3:00pm
o SET 4: 1301 Fruit Ave NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104 – Approximately 2:00pm – 8:00pm
o SET 5: 516 11th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 – Approximately 5:00pm – 10:00pm
· Neighborhood Parking: Because of the various sets we will be traveling to throughout the day, public parking on several streets will be taken for picture continuity and work vehicle parking.
“NO PARKING” signs will be placed along Fruit Ave, 11th St, and Roma Ave as early as Wednesday, February 24. (SEE DIAGRAM ON REVERSE PAGE)
We understand that our footprint in the neighborhood is large, we will open parking back to the public as soon as we are finished working in the various areas.
· Work trucks: Production vehicles will travel to our various sets and be parked in the designated “NO PARKING” areas on Fruit Ave, 11th St, and Roma Ave (SEE DIAGRAM ON REVERSE PAGE)
· Base Camp: Off site at 1820 Bellamah Ave NW, Albuquerque NM, 87104
· ITC (Intermittent Traffic Control): Traffic will be held periodically for up to 3-5 minutes (with the assistance of the Albuquerque Police Department) at the following areas:
o Fruit Ave between 12th St & Luna Blvd (SEE DIAGRAM ON REVERSE PAGE)
· Road Closures: Street closures will be closed to through traffic. APD will grant residents will have access to their homes, and no driveways will be blocked.
o 11th St between Lomas Blvd & Roma Ave (SEE DIAGRAM ON REVERSE PAGE)
o Roma Ave between 11th St & Luna Blvd (SEE DIAGRAM ON REVERSE PAGE)
o Closure in the alley between Fruit Ave & Roma Ave east of 11th St

· Scene specifics: Characters walking in neighborhood. Scenes inside various houses.
