Random Public Drawing / Lottery Application for 2018-2019

Thank you for your interest in our school. We work diligently to guide our children toward success and are proud of our students.

Please review the following information: Placement in the random public drawing waiting list does not guarantee enrollment. Students applying for our SAS program must first be chosen through the charter lottery and then show proof of qualification for the SAS Program (SAS Applications available April 1-30). The qualifications for the SAS program are set by LAUSD. For students with Individualized Education Programs, Woodland Hills Elementary offers a Resource Specialist Program Services. No transportation is provided with Affiliated Charter Permits. Siblings are not guaranteed enrollment. Please see back.

Upon acceptance, an original birth certificate, proof of residence and immunization records must be provided for verification. Proof of family relationship will also be required for verification. Woodland Hills Elementary Charter for Enriched Studies does not discriminate against any student on the basis of disability, gender, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that is classified in the definition of hate crimes set forth in Section 422.55 of the Penal Code.

Note: Applications due by April 20, 2018 at 3:00 pm to the Main Office, in person. The random public drawing will be held on April 23, 2018 at 8:30 am, when a priority wait list will be established.
