Men’s Decathlon: Texas A&M’s Lindon Victor set a new collegiate, Texas Relays and Mike A. Myers Stadium record with 8,472 points. He edged out Trey Hardee’s (2006) previous record of 8,465 points set at the 2006 Texas Relays.

Women’s Hammer Throw: Northern Arizona junior Brooke Anderson won the event with a distance of 220-10 (67.32m). Her throw was the longest winning throw at the Texas Relays since 2013 (Amanda Bingson, Nike/NYAC) and the longest for a collegiate winner since the event was first contested in 1997.

Women’s Heptathlon: Erica Bougard (Chula Vista Elite) won the women’s heptathlon with a Texas Relays meet record of 6,246.

Men’s 800m Invite: Michael Saruni (UTEP) set a new Texas Relays record with a time of 1:45.82. He surpassed Leo Manzano’s (2013) previous record of 1:46.63. It was also a new Mike A. Myers Stadium record.

Women’s 800m Invite: NIKE’s Crishauna Williams set a new Texas Relays record in a time of 2:02.25 to edge out defending back-to-back champion Kendra Chambers (2:02.43).

Friday, March 31

Men’s Triple Jump: Matthew O’Neal (unattached) jumped 56-8.5 (17.28m) to win. That winning mark was wind-aided, but his jump of 55-11 (17.04m) was a new meet and stadium record.

Women’s Sprint Medley: Texas A&M’s sprint medley team of Diamond Spaulding, Jaevin Reed, Kadecia Baird and Jazmine Fray set a new Texas Relays record with a time of 3:42.10. It bested Arkansas’ previous record set in 2015.

Boys Discus: Gabriel Oladipo of Fort Bend Hightower set a new Texas Relays record with a winning throw of 205-1.

Women’s Invitational 400-meter Hurdles: Texas Ex Ashley Spencer won the event with a time of 56.66.

Girls High Jump: Falyn Reaugh of Dallas Highland Park tied the Texas Relays record with a jump of 6-0 (1.82m). She tied the record of Destinee Hooker (2005), Erin Aldrich (1996) and Shenell Searcy (1989).

Saturday, April 1

Girls’ 4x100 D1: Uplift Hampton won the race in a meet record of 46.20 seconds, which bested their (46.80) meet record set in the prelims earlier in the day. Prior to today, the previous meet record was 46.82 seconds by St. Mary’s Academy in 2015.

Girls’ 4x200 D1: Dallas Carter set the meet record in the event with a time of 1:39.23. The previous record was owned by Kennedale in 2013.

Women’s Pole Vault: Professional Jenn Suhr won the meet with a stadium record height of 4.73m (15-6.5).

Girls’ 100m Hurdles D1: Leah Phillips of Bullis set a Texas Relays record with a time of 13.94. The previous meet record was 14.22 set last year by Jernaya Sharp of the Greenhill School.

Women’s 100m Hurdles: UTEP’s Tobi Amusan set the Texas Relays record with a time of 12.72. She bested Ashlee Williams’ (Texas) 2005 record of 12.83. Texas’ Rushelle Burton (12.80) finished second with a time that also would have bested the previous meet record in the event.

Boys’ 100m Hurdles: Northeast’s Damion Thomas won with a 13.43 – the fastest time in America so far this year.

Men’s Pole Vault Elite: Armand Duplantis, a junior from Lafayette (La.) High School, set the world junior record by clearing a height of 19-4.25 (5.90m).

Men’s 100 Meters: Georgia’s Kendal Williams broke 10 seconds (9.99) but it will not stand as the meet record as the wind was at 2.1 m/s.

Men’s Mile: Comal Canyon High School’s Samuel Worley (Texas signee) won the event in a time of 4:00.61. He edged out Texas sophomore Alex Rogers (4:01.65) and Texas Relays record-holder Leo Manzano (4:02.02). Reed Brown, a senior from Southlake Carroll finished fourth.

Women’s 200m Invitational: Natasha Hastings won the women’s 200m Invitational in a time of 22.78 – a new Texas Relays record.
