Wolfpack Youth Football Camp

The Wolfpack Youth Football Camp is a NON-CONTACT, four-day camp that provides children with upbeat, positive coaching from current Great Oak HS football players and coaches. Our goal is to teach your child the game of football, improve their skills, and to provide them with lessons that will benefit them in the future.

There are no make-up sessions or refunds for missed days due to space available.

No refunds after camps begin.

Prior to the first camp day, you may request a refund in writing. No cash refunds

will be issued. Refunds by check require 4-6 weeks.

I ______give permission for my child to participate in the Great Oak Summer Camp. Many forms of athletic activity may result in accidents or injury. Students and parents must assess the risks involved in such participation and make their choice to participate, in spite of the risks. By granting permission for my student to participate in the Great Oak Summer Camp, I, the parent or guardian, acknowledge that such risk exists.

In addition, I understand that I hold the TEMECULA VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, their officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any and all liability or claims, which may arise out of or in connection with my child’s participation in this activity.
