Booking terms and conditions –
NEW Fees: (Minimum 5 hour booking required) Primary School aged children £3.70 per hour, 3-5 year olds £3.70 per hour, 2 year olds £4.00 per hour & Bumbles babies £4.25 per hour.

Full payment for booked sessions is required in advance of the first session. If additional sessions are attended these will be invoiced at the end of the holiday period.

No refund will be issued for cancellation of any sessions.

All current Witheridge Childcare @ The Hive (Witheridge Pre-School) policies and procedures will be followed during the holiday club extension. Please provide your child with a healthy packed lunch as we cannot provide a cooked meal in the holiday club, and please note we have a NO CHOCOLATE in packed lunch boxes policy.

Arrival and Departure - The route of access (entrance to the Holiday Club) is via the Sports Club car park and our gate is located between the two sheds. The gate will be locked by a padlock for additional security but please ring the bell, and a staff member will let you in! Please do not attempt to access the holiday club through the primary school entrance or by jumping over the gates, thank you.
