Painting/ Color / HO Association
Performed in phases. / The goal is less color, more traditional classic look. With many different colors of siding; moving toward all white trim with either black or white shutters. / Email questions or concerns.
Blinds/ Curtains / Homeowner / Maintain blinds in good condition. All blinds and drapes should be a neutral color from the exterior.
Parking / Homeowner / Cars may not sit unmoved for more than 15 days. Do not park or allow guest to park in others spots. NO TRAILERS ALLOWED. NO DRIVING OR PARKING ON ANY GRASS AREA EVER! / Notice your surroundings

PRIVATE Streets, Parking lots / HO Association / Responsible for maintenance and rights of use. The private streets are the HO’s driveways and parking lots and may only be used for that purpose. / Recreational activities are not permitted in parking lots.
Autos / Homeowner / Car must have current tags and be in good working order, no leaks, flats, broken windows, etc. No COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. / Auto repairs not allowed on CO property. Only crucial battery jumps or tire changes.
Children and guests / Homeowner / Crown Oaks does not provide a playground. There are several city parks in the area. Must be supervised when outside in Crown Oaks common areas. / Sorry, but no bikes, scooters, skates, etc. in the parking lots.
Pets / Homeowner / Always on a leash, always immediately pick up waste and utilize non-turf areas. / City Animal control 831-6311 LTM
Trash Recycling / Homeowner / Trash must be in green cans. Pickup curbside on Tuesday; return can to rear of building by Wednesday. NO DUMPING ON CURBS!! / Call city at 831-6728 for special load pick up or bulky items.

**Satellite Dish; installation requires prior approval from the HOA and the dish may not be mounted on the roof of the building. Crown Oaks is heavily wooded and you may not be able to get reception in the community. Previous roof installations have led to leaks and roof damage, therefore that is no longer an option. Owners should ensure the cable company correctly installs wiring and cable, with minimal alterations to the exterior of the building, and buries any lines crossing the common areas.
