This competition is run on a Tuesday evening – first class to start at approximately 17:00. Entries will be limited due to daylight hours, please enter
early to avoid disappointment.

First 6 in each class qualify for the championships on Saturday 28th October 2017.
1st to 3rd Rosettes and Prizes to be provided by Blue Chip Feed.
q Entries close the preceding Friday at 12 noon. If classes are full a waiting list will be kept.
q Withdrawals: In the unfortunate event of withdrawal, please advise the secretary by mid-day Friday prior to the competition. We regret no refunds will be made after the Friday.
q Times: Please ring 01564 770180 on the MONDAY (day before) the Tuesday competition between 2.00 p.m. & 4.30 p.m.
q Any special requests must be clearly put onto entry.
q Classes will be judged under BD rules.
q Horses may only enter once in each class competitively.
OPEN/RESTRICTED SECTIONS:
Classes at Introductory and Preliminary level will be split into OPEN and RESTRICTED sections if there are more than six starters. The RESTRICTED section is open only to combinations who have not been placed first or second at the level of the class or above more than three times with a score of more than 65.00% or who have not been placed first or second at a Championship at the level of the class or above. The OPEN section is open to all, including horses/ponies and riders who are currently registered with British Dressage. The appropriate classes at Championships will also be split accordingly.
RULES & CONDITIONS:
SRC and / or the organising committee cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, owners, grooms, ground spectators or any other person or property whatsoever other than liability for refund of entry fee in the event of abandonment of the competition.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and steward. All riders when riding, whether competing or not, must wear hard hats marked PAS015 with a BSI Kitemark or prefixed with ASTM with an SEI mark or SNELL E2001 all worn with a strap properly adjusted and fastened. Correct dress & footwear to be worn. Horses & ponies must be 4 years old and over. Entries accepted at rider’s risk. The organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The organisers’ decision is final.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Will dog owners please note – we now have a poop scoop policy in operation, please use the bins provided.
