2. League points are awarded in the League classes, open to Pony Club members and non members.

3. Horse/pony and rider combinations may compete in more than one league, if eligible, but may only score points in one league. If points are gained in more than one league, the points for the lower league will be forfeited. Points may not be transferred from one league to another or from one rider/horse/pony to another.

4. Horses/poines can compete with more than one rider in consecutive leagues.

5. Any horse/pony changing riders during the league will not carry forward any points previously gained with the previous rider.

6. Everyone mounted, whether competing or not must wear a hard hat conforming to the minimum safety standards, with a harness properly adjusted and fastened. Failure to do so will incur elimination of the horse and/or rider from the competition. Hats must be marked be PAS 015:1998 or 2011* with BSI Kitemark or the following VG1 with BSI Kitemark, Snell E2001* with the official Snell label and number, ASTM-F1163 2004a with the SEI mark, AS/NZS 3838 1998, 2003 or 2006. The Pony Club will not be allowing hats which are only marked with the standard (BS) EN 1384 after 31 December 2015* The PAS 015: 1998 or 2011 and the Snell E2001 meet higher impact criteria and therefore give more protection
