Employment with the Windsor C-1 School District is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a criminal record and a child abuse/neglect record check. The Windsor C-1 School District reserves the right to evaluate information from all sources and determine whether or not an applicant shall be advanced in the selection process. If an offer of employment, contract, or letter has been issued, prior to receipt of any negative report or reports and such report or reports, in the judgment of the Board of Education is unsatisfactory, said employee shall be immediately terminated.
