Cancellation Policy:
Should the group need to cancel, cancellation must be made by the cut-off date of March 4th, 2013. Individual
reservations must be cancelled by 4:00PM- 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid paying 1 night room and tax of
$102.00.
We are holding the above rooms for the 2013 Senior Provincials Broomball League until March 4th, 2013 at which time
the rooms not picked up off the block will be released. If anyone requires a reservation after that point they will have to
contact the Director of Sales and the rates will be based on availability.
We have set aside a variety of standard rooms with 1 or 2 queen beds at the $102.00 group rate and we will offer 10%
off suites based on availability as well. If the group requires more rooms to be added we will do so based on
availability.
A 2 night minimum will be required for this entire group booking.
Meeting space has been reserved in both the Essex room & Windsor room for anyone affiliated with this event. To
guarantee meeting space-please contact your Director of Sales to reserve certain time frames for certain teams.
All reservations to be made directly at the hotel by phone at 519-972-1100 and state the group name or ID number
