  1. Win a trip for 2 to the USA to experience the Zero Gravity Experience (“Competition”). This Competition gives 1 lucky consumer a chance to win a TRIP FOR 2 TO THE USA TO HAVE A ZERO GRAVITY FLIGHT. Secondary Prizes include DAILY DATAPrizes valued from R7.25 to R13.00 depending on the network provider of the winners. The total value ofR83 600 worth of Data Prizes will be awarded to 7539winners.
  1. The Competition is open to South African and Namibian residents 18 years and older only, excluding directors, members, partners, employees, agents and advertising agencies of Parmalat SA (Pty) Ltd (“Parmalat”), or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Parmalat or any of the aforementioned persons.
  1. The Competition commences on 1 October 2016 and closes on 31 December 2016 at 12h00 midnight.
  1. Entry into this Competition is only valid, upon finding a unique code at the back of the Steri Stumpie 350ml promotional pack label.
  1. In order to win, consumers will need to comply with the following:-

a)Purchase a 350ml Steri Stumpie with the promotional Zero Gravity on Pack promotional call out and unique code on the back of bottle;

b)To Enter in South Africa - Dial *120*5110# and follow the prompts to enter the competition (USSD costs 20c/20 seconds and free minutes do not apply) with your unique code (Printed on the pack of the Steri Stumpie 350ml promotional label);

c)To Enter in Nambia – SMS 7337 to enter the competition (SMS Charged at N$2 and free minutes do not apply) with your unique code (Printed on the pack of the Steri Stumpie 350ml promotional label);

d)Once your unique code has been verified, a lucky draw for prizes will be done daily.Data Prize winners will be notified telephonically of their winnings; and

e)For the grand prize all entries will be placed in a lucky draw and 1 winner will be drawn.The winner will be notified telephonically of his/her winnings within 3 weeks of competition closing.

  1. Proof of the Steri Stumpie 350ml Zero Gravity Promotional Pack with the correct unique code is required, failure of which may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  1. Any prize not claimed within 2 weeks of notification of collection will be forfeited.
  1. Grand Prize includes the following:

  1. The Grand Prize is redeemable for 12 months after the winner has claimed their prize.
  1. Winners are required to supply their specified contact details, in order for their prize to be delivered to them. Failure to do so within 72 hours of first contact will result in the prize being forfeited. Winners will be required to consent to their personal information being processed for this Competition.
  1. Parmalat will not be liable for any replacements of any prizes, once prizes have been handed over to the consumer/his authorised representative.
  1. Prizes are not transferrable. Parmalat is entitled, in its entire discretion, to reject any entry for any reason whatsoever and will not be obliged to enter into correspondence with any individual regarding this Competition. The decision of Parmalat is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. All winners will be required to provide their names, identity/birth certificate numbers and contact details and to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the prize.

  1. Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to use the winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising, publicity and television broadcast without further compensation. However, the winner has the right to object to these images being used by written notification to the Promoter at Parmalat SA (Pty) Ltd, Strand Road, Stellenbosch, 7600 Att: Legal Department Office.
  1. Parmalat reserves the right to use a consumer’s details for marketing and research purposes, unless a consumer advises otherwise in accordance with paragraph 15 above.
  1. Parmalat shall have the right, due to financial, regulatory and other legal issues which may arise, to change or terminate the Competition immediately with public notice on any media forum. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights which they have in respect of this Competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Parmalat or its agents.
